If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care, we would love to hear from you.What You should know:Location: Toronto, ON (client homes)Shift: Thursdays & Fridays 4pm-8pm (other opportunites available)What You'll Do:Personal Support & Daily CareAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingSupport mobility, walking, and protected transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)Home SupportPerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environmentPrepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needsHealth & Safety AssistanceProvide medication reminders and help monitor daily routinesComplete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare teamCompanionship & Emotional SupportEngage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurancePromote comfort, dignity, independence,
