Design intuitive medical imaging workflows at Intelerad using Figma, prototyping, and user research. This remote Canadian position connects design with clinical needs.

You will own end-to-end research and design for one or more product areas. The work includes understanding user goals, translating findings into product recommendations, and delivering high-quality interfaces. You will communicate rationale to engineers, product leadership, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set research priorities and methodologies with product management
- Translate insights into product and roadmap recommendations
- Produce layouts, storyboards, prototypes, and implementation specifications
- Develop design standards across the product suite
- Communicate research findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

- Four or more years designing and researching digital experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating robust web and mobile design
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud tools
- Knowledge of HCI principles and design best practices
- Excellent spoken and written English
