At Compugen Inc, this analyst resolves incidents and service requests using Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, OneDrive, and Exchange Server. Responsibilities span Windows 10 and 11, Android and iOS devices, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, networks, audiovisual equipment, and mobile devices. Work occurs onsite in Victoria, with occasional BC travel or coverage.

- Resolve user incidents and service requests within deadlines

Requirements:
