This individual must be personable, a master at establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clientele, and have the ability to juggle several tasks or projects at the same time.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain top notch customer service in person, on the phone and via emailBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workersProactive problem solving and trouble shootingIdentify areas for company growthRemain up-to-date with product knowledge and share knowledge with client networkEmphasize product/service features and perks, quote prices, discuss credit terms,



and prepare sales order forms and/or reportsManaging the sales process from beginning to endPrioritize tasks and/or projects for completion within designated deadlinesComply with company policies, procedures, and protocolsConduct ethical, professional and engaging sales presentationsComplete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures, and protocolsOccasional travel for work requiredBring your enthusiasm and positivity to workSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customers and providing a great customer experiencePost secondary education in Business or related field (an asset)Knowledge and experience in agriculture industry (preferred)Familiarity with trailers Flaman offersStrong attention to detail with excellent follow throughComputer competency, proficient with word, excel & outlookStrong leadership, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)Professional, team player with a positive "can do" attitudeExceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goalsMust have valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and satisfactory criminal record checkHave a great sense of humor!!We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to workforce diversity.
