Our proprietary ingredients are derived from upcycled natural sources, including white button mushroom stems, and are designed to provide effective alternatives to traditional synthetic preservatives.About the RoleThe Production Technician is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and consistent production of Chinova's ingredients. You will operate production equipment, follow established procedures, monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Working closely with the Operations, R&D, and technical teams, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day manufacturing and the ongoing improvement of our processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production equipment and follow SOPs, quality, and safety procedures.Complete production records, batch documentation, and process reports accurately.Monitor production processes and identify quality, equipment, or process issues.Troubleshoot operational issues and participate in root-cause investigations.Collect and analyze production data to support process improvements.Support equipment maintenance, calibration, sanitation, and inventory activities.Assist with process optimization, capacity improvements, and implementation of new equipment.Maintain compliance with SQF, cGMP,
