You will analyze plans, specifications, and drawings, source materials, calculate labor costs, and monitor schedules. The work involves office staff, suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare commercial and residential estimates, quotations, and tenders
- Complete takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment
- Examine drawings for conformity, errors, and project details
- Analyze project financials and labor costs




- Source materials and maintain supplier, vendor, subcontractor directories

Requirements:

- Two to five years of relevant hands-on estimating experience
- Experience with estimating processes and project materials
- Required blueprint and shop drawing reading skills
