The Care Company seeks self-driven Registered Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses for community care. Provide exceptional patient care according to care plans, support applicable medical needs, and help clients live well at home. This work requires protected practice within your experience, knowledge, and job description.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, bathing, and medication administration
- Support patients’ medical needs according to care plans
- Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and exercises
- Observe physical, mental,



and medical responses
- Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation

Requirements:

- CNO registration and Registered Practical Nurse certificate
- Negative TB test completed within the last year
- Valid criminal record check completed within the last year
- Effective verbal and written English communication
- Ability to report care concerns to Care Coordinators
