Support GARAGE store operations at Tsawwassen Mills through inventory coordination, sales floor replenishment, and customer-focused retail leadership. Work onsite across business needs.

As Team Lead, you report to the Store Manager and contribute to an organized, successful retail environment. Your focus includes inventory management, shipment processing, eCom order fulfillment, and maintaining brand presentation directives. You will also help increase sales and customer satisfaction by delivering attentive service and building meaningful relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to daily store operations and organization
- Coordinate shipment processing and inventory management
- Complete sales floor replenishment as needed




- Support eCom order fulfillment
- Maintain visual merchandising presentation standards and directives

Requirements:

- High school diploma required
- Two years of retail experience considered an asset
- One year of team lead experience preferred
- Effective time management for multiple simultaneous tasks
- Adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
