This Technology Support Specialist role supports hardware, software, remote access, and office equipment throughout AirSprint. You will administer Microsoft 365 applications, assist with provisioning and migrations, and troubleshoot infrastructure with supervisor guidance. The position also includes documentation, asset management, training, and security hygiene support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Azure, Entra, Intune, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Install, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems
- Support employee provisioning, deprovisioning, and migrations
- Review logs, backups, and email quarantines




- Manage technology assets, hardware, and software licenses

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of relevant desktop or systems support experience
- Intermediate Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, and Azure proficiency
- Experience supporting enterprise-grade Xerox printers
- Advanced AI competency alongside independent technical judgment
- Ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance and RAIC
