Valard Construction is seeking a detail-oriented administrator for its Right-of-Way team. You will convert awarded estimates into budgets, maintain cost structures, prepare monthly forecasts, and identify overruns early. The work includes subcontractor tracking, purchase orders, invoice coding, change orders, claims, and progress billing backup. You will collaborate with field, lands, permitting, GIS, and client representatives while supporting projects across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Turn awarded estimates into InEight budgets and revisions
- Keep InEight and Ecosys aligned on quantities and costs
- Track subcontractor deliverables against scope, budget,



and schedule
- Raise purchase orders and review invoices for cost coding
- Log, price, and support change orders and claims

Requirements:

- Three years of project controls or cost administration experience
- Experience with construction, transmission, or linear infrastructure preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Accurate organization across multiple projects and deadlines
- Unit-rate, hourly, and lump-sum contract understanding
