This Technical Lead role supports a major transformation in a large banking environment. The position combines application modernization with current builds and requires active coding throughout delivery. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, support integrations, and guide developers across implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Solution Architects on technical implementation
- Build APIs connecting legacy and modernized application components
- Develop new applications and functionality from the ground up
- Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment
- Guide developers on standards, patterns, and delivery practices

Requirements:

- Six-plus years of Java and Spring Boot development
- Hands-on technical leadership or senior development experience
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and SDLC
- Experience with Agile delivery and Jira
- KYC, AML, or commercial banking experience
