Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook ingredients to consistently high standards
- Support entrée, dessert, pastry, and canapé preparation
- Run sections and assist with the pass when required
- Produce mise en place and set up kitchen stations
- Maintain food safety,



hygiene, labelling, and allergen practices

Requirements:

- At least one year’s experience in a similar kitchen role
- Formal culinary qualification such as Commercial Cookery
- Protected Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Confidence preparing ingredients and running sections independently
- Australian working rights and strong communication skills
