As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will work under a Custodial Manager or Supervisor. Duties follow C&W; Services standards, instructions, and procedures. The work includes floor care, restroom service, surface cleaning, waste handling, and entrance maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, wash, scrub, and polish interior floors
- Operate commercial buffers, shampoo machines, and attachments
- Vacuum, spot clean, and shampoo rugs when directed
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
- Collect trash, replace liners, and report defects

Requirements:

- No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities
