As an intermediate Shift Leader, you will serve as a role model while helping the team deliver strong customer experiences. The position includes mentoring, coaching, feedback, and operational leadership when management is unavailable. Robust organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities help coordinate store standards and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers and help them find products quickly
- Act as a role model for the team
- Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback
- Manage store operations during management absences
- Supervise cleanliness, signing, pricing, inventory, and restocking

Requirements:

- Six months or more of retail experience
- Six months or more mentoring or coaching experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to helping others
