The position requires technical expertise and a proactive mindset — someone comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams.Candidates must be willing and able to work evening shifts on a permanent basis. This is not a rotating shift position.Shift DetailsPermanent Evening ShiftMonday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AMFour 10‑hour shifts per weekThree‑day weekends every week (Friday–Sunday)Salaried position with additional $3.00 per hour shift premiumNo rotating shiftsCandidates must be available to work evenings on a permanent basisWhat Will You DoWorking closely with the machining and production team, you will contribute to the fabrication of high‑precision components used in our cryogenic systems.Programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes (3‑axis)Machining prototype and short‑run production parts to tight tolerancesInterpreting technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate componentsCollaborating with engineering on design considerations, materials,
