This Demand Planner develops, maintains, and communicates consensus-driven demand plans for customer service, inventory, production, and financial objectives. You will analyze large information sets, identify issues, and recommend improvements across demand planning and forecasting practices. The role reports to the Demand Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales trends and proactively identify planning issues
- Document and evaluate business planning assumptions
- Maintain forecast master data, parameters, and documentation
- Forecast product lifecycle changes from launch through rationalization




- Provide demand information and complete ad-hoc analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related business, engineering, or operations discipline
- Five years of successful supply chain experience preferred
- Robust understanding of material and information flow
- Excellent analytical skills and fact-based decision making
- Logility and Power BI knowledge is an asset
