Help WorkSafe BC clients return to employment through counselling, job search training, and employment planning at Lifemark Health Group. This hybrid role is full time.

The Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist collaborates with referral sources while supporting clients injured on the job. You will develop employment plans, assess barriers, and provide practical job search services. Responsibilities also include resume and cover letter preparation, labour market research, and job placement support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide career and employment counselling to clients
- Conduct job search training and facilitate workshops
- Complete resumes and cover letters for clients
- Research labour markets and identify suitable job options
- Market clients to prospective employers and support placement

Requirements:

- At least two years vocational rehabilitation experience
- Experience with employment planning or career counselling
- University degree preferred in psychology or related fields
- Robust understanding of the local labour market
- Willingness to travel as clients require
