This Sustaining Engineer role sits between Manufacturing, R&D;, and Quality. You will monitor trends, develop QMS test protocols, support design changes, and move improvements into production. Your work includes work instructions, SOPs, test methods, training, materials, and formal testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing metrics and trends
- Propose and improve product test protocols within the QMS
- Prototype proposed ECO design changes through preliminary testing
- Manage testing inventory and materials for formal activities




- Support or lead R&D; activities as needed

Requirements:

- One to three years in manufacturing, quality, R&D;, or product development engineering
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline
- Technical communication demonstrated through regular reporting
- Self-driven approach to making engineering decisions
- Ability to work under changing, high-pressure conditions
