Key Responsibilities:

- Champion AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, and productivity
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers toward engineering excellence

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of hands-on development experience
- Three or more years leading teams or technical initiatives
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or similar tools
- Solid .NET, Angular, AWS, and microservices expertise
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
