Lead production AI automation for Oyster’s global teams, combining LLM agents, APIs, and orchestration tools in a fully remote role.

As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will make business functions more AI native through practical operating-model redesign. You will partner with leaders across People, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other functions as priorities evolve. Your hands-on scope includes agentic workflows, integrations, enterprise data, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reimagine manual workflows around human and AI collaboration
- Build reliable agents, automations, integrations, and agentic workflows
- Own design, deployment, adoption, and improvement
- Embed reusable prompts and AI-powered ways of working




- Share patterns and raise capability across engineers

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of hands-on AI and automation experience
- Complex initiative leadership from ambiguity to measurable impact
- Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies
- Business systems integration through APIs, webhooks, and authentication
- Solid judgement about appropriate AI use
