Insight Global seeks an experienced analyst supporting KYC modernization and recent technology solutions. You will partner with KYC stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and delivery teams. The work spans current-state analysis, future-state design, business validation, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with KYC and technical delivery stakeholders
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes
- Identify solution gaps and required changes
- Coordinate business validation and UAT sign-off
- Communicate risks, dependencies, decisions, and requirement changes

Requirements:

- Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
- Commercial Banking and KYC/AML knowledge
- Experience with modernization or net-new applications
- Excellent technical requirements and documentation skills
- Ability to work closely with architects, developers, and QA
