Help BCAA validate Auto and Task Marketplace releases using software testing, defect investigation, and automation across integrated SaaS platforms.

This Quality Assurance Engineer role supports the reliability and performance of BCAA’s Marketplace applications. You will analyze requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Operations, and external technology partners throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria to create test strategies
- Conduct manual testing when automation is impractical or ineffective
- Validate performance, scalability, reliability, accessibility, and security
- Support releases through smoke, regression, deployment, and post-release testing
- Test vendor upgrades,

Requirements:

- Four-plus years of relevant quality assurance or software testing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Experience supporting production releases and troubleshooting defects
- Experience with third-party vendors and cloud-based applications
- Comfort working collaboratively throughout Agile software development lifecycles
