Reporting to the Sales Market Leader, the Regional Service Agent serves as a Trusted Advisor for insurance customers. You will explain policies and procedures, support policy updates, and promote relevant Allstate features during portfolio reviews. Strong customer service, relationship building, and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized insurance service to customers
- Explain Allstate policies and provincial procedures
- Process renewals and policy updates for clients
- Reply to online customer requests as required
- Promote client loyalty through detailed relationship building

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- General Insurance License or General level one license
- Willingness to obtain provincial insurance licensing
- More than one year customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
