The Proposal Specialist supports Water Treatment division growth through organized, detailed proposal coordination. You will interpret tender documents, define project scope, and help develop cost estimates. The work requires collaboration with technical experts, engineering, manufacturing, project management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope and participate in cost estimate development
- Coordinate contributions across proposal preparation teams
- Select and size equipment with technical experts
- Prepare methodology, technical approach, experience, and pricing
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers

Requirements:

- Seven years in tender management, proposals, or technical writing
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of mining and water treatment challenges
- Proficiency in French and English
