The Operations Supervisor works with management to direct daily operations across Atlantic Provinces. You support frontline employees through coaching, training, ride-alongs, and performance conversations. You also monitor service levels, resolve delivery challenges, maintain compliance, and help strengthen operational consistency across branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant operations management experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience coaching teams and supporting continuous improvement
- Computer application proficiency and Gasfitter 1 certification
- Availability for after-hours calls and winter operational demands
