This Senior Interior Designer, Team Lead prospect supports a longstanding architectural and interior design practice. You will lead projects from start to completion as Prime Consultant, independently or with a team. Responsibilities span client relationships, staffing, fees, schedules, budgets, design concepts, specifications, and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from programming through construction administration
- Build client relationships around goals and operational needs
- Manage concurrent project staffing, fees, schedules, and budgets




- Specify finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Mentor team members and participate in design reviews

Requirements:

- 15+ years commercial interior design experience
- Experience delivering projects as Prime Consultant
- Background in external mid-size commercial A+D firms
- Strong construction documentation and detailing knowledge
- Bachelor's degree, NCIDQ, or RID preferred
