This Senior Workplace Artist serves as Lead Environment Artist on an unannounced fantasy Action RPG. The position requires deep procedural content generation experience, realistic environment production, and leadership of a small team. You will match the game’s style with the Art Director while coordinating internal and outsourced work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create realistic, game ready setting assets
- Model hard surface assets, terrain, foliage, and world geometry
- Decorate environments with considered composition and staging
- Collaborate with the Art Director and production partners
- Provide aesthetic and technical outsource feedback

Requirements:

- 8+ years creating realistic AAA environments
- 2+ years leading artists, or relevant equivalent experience
- Expert understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and staging
- Expert three dimensional modeling with Maya or equivalent software
- Experience with custom, Unreal, Unity, or AAA engines
