As a senior Project Manager, you will oversee city-wide parks development, redevelopment, state of positive repair, and special projects. The two-year contract covers planning, design, construction, tendering, and contract administration. You will provide technical expertise for trails, playgrounds, facilities, roads, bridges, servicing, and stormwater management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage annual and ongoing city-wide parks development programs
- Evaluate contract, property, environmental, and safety issues
- Prepare tenders, specifications, estimates, and Council reports
- Inspect construction sites and investigate changed conditions




- Control expenditures within approved project budgets

Requirements:

- Five years of multidisciplinary municipal project experience required
- Extensive planning, design, construction, and contract administration experience
