QuadReal Self Storage Management seeks an Area Manager to oversee assigned facilities operating under the Maple Leaf Self Storage banner. Reporting to the Director, Self Storage Operations, this leader translates strategy into site-level action. The work includes coaching Site Managers, reinforcing standards, and supporting growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure consistent service, safety, and policy compliance
- Respond to operational escalations and emergencies
- Implement standardized practices across facilities
- Partner with Marketing and Finance on initiatives
- Communicate corporate priorities to Site Managers

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of operations experience
- Two-plus years in supervisory or multi-site work
- Excellent communication across field and Head Office
- Post-secondary education in Business or Operations
- Ability to travel regularly to Ontario facilities
