The Monitoring Surveyor collects and analyzes data supporting structural integrity throughout construction phases. Working with a mobile team, you will monitor building, surface, ground, and utility points across project sites. The assignment requires surveying equipment proficiency, careful documentation, and communication with Monitoring Lead Surveyors and traffic control supervisors. Construction monitoring experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform monitoring activities across changing project locations
- Read building, surface, ground, and utility monitoring points
- Report damaged benchmarks, points,



or equipment promptly
- Maintain instruments and verify reliable equipment operation
- Assist surveyors and improve monitoring reading processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Geomatics
- Two to five years’ construction surveying experience accepted
- Solid knowledge of civil works practices and monitoring methods
- Leica survey equipment knowledge preferred
- Organized, detail-focused communication across multiple tasks
