The Strategic Business Partner serves as an internal consultancy resource supporting Southlake’s Distributed Health Network vision. Reporting to the Manager of Strategy, this professional provides strategic direction, policy advisory services, and project delivery. The position partners with Executive Leadership, Directors, Medical Chiefs, and Physician Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic analysis, recommendations, and evidence-based guidance
- Lead strategic planning and facilitate project-related meetings
- Develop project tools, templates, charters, and budgets
- Coach stakeholders and translate initiatives into lasting change




- Evaluate lessons learned and promote evidence-based innovation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health, Public Administration, or related discipline
- PMP certification and five years’ project management experience required
- Five years’ healthcare or hospital setting experience required
- Change management planning experience in healthcare
- Systems thinking, needs assessment, and problem-solving abilities
