Drive Siemens Healthineers equipment installation projects through Ontario and Manitoba, coordinating schedules, logistics, contractors, and customer requirements.

As Project Manager, you will lead moderate to high complexity projects from pre-job activities through handover to the service group. The work requires accurate forecasting, site readiness oversight, resource coordination, and transparent communication with customers, Sales, Finance, factories, contractors, and Siemens teams. You will also support seamless implementation of Syngo and IBD products for customers. This position is based in Southwestern Ontario and reports to the Head of Project Management Operations in the equipment installation group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate project status during site visits and resolve emerging issues
- Coordinate room planning with customers, account managers, and planning departments
- Manage warehouse, site, storage,



delivery, and rigging logistics
- Maintain Bridge dates, factory deliveries, and Last Call accuracy
- Conduct kickoff, customer, closure, and handover meetings

Requirements:

- Five to ten years’ project management experience in healthcare medical imaging
- Client-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication
- PMP certification or similar project management designation
- Familiarity with construction drawings, practices, and Microsoft Office applications
- Availability for site travel, longer hours, and weekends when required
