Lead manufacturing improvement with Lean, Operational Excellence, and analytics at Dainty Foods, supporting measurable results across Operations.

This Six Sigma Black Belt leads and supports Continuous Improvement initiatives as a process improvement specialist. The role applies Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, PDCA, and structured problem solving across manufacturing and Operations. You will facilitate teams, assess project benefits, and help sustain improvements without direct people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prioritize, and quantify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions
- Assess project benefits, risks, resources, and business cases
- Track progress, results, and business advantages




- Lead change management and employee engagement

Requirements:

- Five to eight years in manufacturing or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred
- Food manufacturing or CPG experience is an asset
- PMP designation is an asset
- Proven Continuous Improvement project leadership experience
