As an Occupational Therapist with CBI Home Health, you will deliver community-based care supporting safety, independence, and dignity. Your practice includes ADL and IADL strategies, home modifications, digital health tools, and self-management support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver OT interventions in clients’ homes
- Develop ADL and IADL strategies
- Recommend equipment and home modifications
- Provide health coaching and restorative interventions
- Document care using digital platforms

Requirements:

- Valuable standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Ability to travel throughout the community
- Valid driver’s license and required insurance
- Passion for person- and family-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
