Build repeat customer relationships with Gerrie Electric while delivering electrical material pricing, sourcing, availability, and quotations.

This Inside Sales position supports customers and Account Managers throughout Gerrie Electric’s Ontario locations. You will promote business through proactive calls, manage orders and back orders, and process credits efficiently. Success requires sales experience, strong communication, and confident relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow and maintain relationships with repeat customers
- Promote and increase business through proactive customer calls
- Support Account Managers with customer requirements
- Follow up on orders and back orders
- Provide backup for Counter Sales staff when required

Requirements:

- Three or more years of sales experience
- Electrical industry background preferred
- Electrical-related post-secondary education
- Self-motivated approach to multiple priorities and deadlines
- Robust communication and relationship-building abilities
