Engineer AWS data pipelines for Sun Life’s Security Analytics team using Python, Glue, and Lambda in a hybrid organization. Strengthen trusted data foundations.

As a senior Data Engineer, you will support cloud and Big Data capabilities for security use cases. Your work enables threat intelligence, internal threat identification, business intelligence, and deep-dive analytics. Success requires data management expertise, analytics understanding, and experience working across business, analytics, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

- Parse security logs into usable data formats
- Manage and improve complex data models
- Provide guidance on ETL, quality assurance, and modeling
- Productionize dashboards, reports, and analytical models
- Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant data experience
- Experience with cloud warehouses, pipelines, and ETL tools
- AWS preferred for cloud data engineering experience
- Data preparation, querying, reporting, and modeling experience
- Ability to explain complex concepts across technical audiences
