This Manager Health Services position leads interdisciplinary staff providing direct care to patients, residents, and clients. Reporting to the Director Health Services or designate, the manager partners with internal and external stakeholders. The work supports culturally respectful access and patient-centred service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee interdisciplinary health services teams and operational delivery
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders across Manitoba
- Promote integrated patient, resident, and client care pathways
- Manage services in a fiscally responsible manner




- Evaluate key indicators supporting secure, appropriate care

Requirements:

- Leadership experience in a patient, resident, or client care setting
- Clinical services experience across assigned healthcare areas
- Relevant health degree from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Ability to travel to other healthcare facilities when required
