This position supports Environmental Services under general department supervision. You will direct work activities, cover cleaning tasks, and help maintain a healthy workplace for patients, visitors, and staff. The role also includes performance input, hiring recommendations, documentation, scheduling assistance, and quality improvement participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality checks across assigned environmental services areas
- Complete general cleaning in patient and non-patient spaces
- Handle clean and soiled linens appropriately




- Follow infectious waste procedures and safety standards
- Assist with work schedules and staff coverage

Requirements:

- One year of healthcare housekeeping experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Knowledge and ability gained through education or prior work
- Ability to complete required annual education assignments
- Ability to participate in quality improvement initiatives
