This specialist collaborates throughout the collections life cycle, reviewing account data and recommending solutions. You help resolve delinquent and high risk loans through loss mitigation options, liquidation, and default or foreclosure alternatives. You also maintain customer trust through responsive service, informed calls, and explicit payment status updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine collection probability through account analysis
- Develop tactics and action plans maximizing recovery
- Execute established loss mitigation solutions
- Gather data for reports and dashboards
- Escalate complex situations to managers when required

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Related post secondary education or equivalent background
- Knowledge of BMO products and services
- Good knowledge of applicable Consumer Collections laws
- In depth collaboration and analytical skills
