This Intermediate DevOps Engineer role supports Practice Better’s growing Engineering organization. You will manage cloud infrastructure, improve system availability, and establish operational practices for a SaaS product. Collaboration spans Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver dependable continuous development and release solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize system performance, availability, reliability, and security
- Identify and mitigate issues before they affect users
- Define rigorous service-level agreements for system operations




- Implement security practices and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement through technologies and processes

Requirements:

- Four to six-plus years of DevOps or similar experience
- Experience building highly available, scalable, secure systems
- Hands-on infrastructure experience within a SaaS company
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Experience with Windows, Linux, containers, and observability tools
