The Functional Analyst works under the Assistant Registrar, Student Systems, to support the university's integrated student information systems. You will review user documentation and release notes, identify enhancement impacts, and develop processes with end users. The position also maintains operational materials, communicates upgrades, and manages access requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review release notes and assess impacts of new functionality
- Design efficient processes within integrated student information systems
- Authorize promotion of tested functionality to production environments
- Maintain procedure manuals,



checklists, and quick reference guides
- Determine Banner security profiles and authorize access creation

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Commerce or related field
- At least two years of directly related experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Banner, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an asset
