As a Student Optician, you will work under a Licensed Optician while supporting retail and clinical teams. You will interpret optical prescriptions, recommend frames and lenses, and complete dispensing measurements. The role also includes quality checks, after-care services, contact lens support, billing, inventory, and customer education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret optical prescriptions and explain customers’ visual needs
- Recommend frames, lenses, treatments, and styling options
- Complete digital dispensing measurements and quality assurance checks




- Manage after-care services and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and Specsavers brand standards

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a provincial post-secondary Opticianry program
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Optical dispensary experience preferred
- Reliability and flexibility for retail hours
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
