Apply private markets risk expertise at BCI in downtown Victoria, assessing investments with financial modeling, valuation, and sound judgment. As a Senior Associate or Principal, you will support BCI’s Private Markets Risk team within Investment Risk. You will independently assess direct, co-invest, and fund investments. Your work will cover due diligence, portfolio monitoring, stress testing, sensitivity analysis, and risk advisory. You will use proprietary AI-enabled tools responsibly while verifying outputs against source documents. You will also communicate findings to senior audiences and investment committees. Key Responsibilities:

Assess risks across private market investment opportunities Support due diligence for direct, co-invest,



and fund deals Prepare standardized Risk Assessments for committee decisions Monitor portfolio exposures, valuations, and emerging risks Advise asset classes on mitigation strategies and planning Requirements:

5+ years in investment or M&A; environments Private asset financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills Experience with stress testing and sensitivity analysis Responsible AI use with critical thinking and source verification Solid communication, business acumen, and stakeholder relationship skills Bring private markets analysis, independent judgment, and investment risk expertise to BCI’s Victoria-based team.
