This Territory Services Manager position oversees maintenance operations supporting car wash equipment and locations. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage priorities, budgets, contractors, service technicians, and equipment installation activities. The work emphasizes cost-effective repairs, protected operations, clear documentation, and consistent service availability across the local region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify maintenance requirements, costs, priorities, and future operational needs
- Manage annual budgets, expenditures, variances, and corrective actions
- Recruit, orient, train, coach, and appraise service technician staff
- Communicate actions, irregularities,



and continuing needs proactively
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Three to five years of facility maintenance experience
- Leadership ability, communication skills, and customer service orientation
