- Review cash flows and valuation models
- Research markets, industries, multiples, and transactions
- Deliver fairness opinions and purchase price allocations
- Manage budgets, WIP, billing, and collections
- Coach team members and conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

- Four years of professional services experience
