At 1to1 Rehab, this Occupational Therapist position focuses on adult community care across York Region. You will identify fall and accessibility risks, recommend environmental modifications, and provide equipment guidance. The caseload also includes mobility training, daily care strategies, energy conservation, funding support, and progress documentation. Geographic alignment helps match services with availability and travel preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify home safety risks and accessibility barriers
- Recommend modifications supporting safe independence




- Trial mobility and home safety equipment
- Educate families on transfers and energy conservation
- Assist with Assistive Devices Program applications

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario registration
- ADP License required for this position
- Access to reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check within one year
