Use Dynatrace, automation, and APIs to improve BCLC’s enterprise monitoring capability. This permanent, full-time chance supports remote work for residents of BC.

As Systems Administrator 3, you will provide senior expertise for monitoring and observability platforms, including administration, integration, support, and continuous improvement. Your work will improve application performance management, operational visibility, and service assurance across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and container platforms. You will also define technical designs and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and optimize monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and integrations
- Implement observability solutions across cloud and container environments
- Develop API and scripting automation for operational workflows




- Define monitoring, reliability, and operational support requirements
- Lead proof of concepts for telemetry technologies

Requirements:

- Four to six years in medium to large environments
- Three years in senior administration, engineering, DevOps, or related roles
- Dynatrace administration and operational troubleshooting experience
- Advanced knowledge of telemetry, performance analysis, and scripting
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry is an asset
