This Lead Software Developer position supports RBC Wealth Management Front Office and other business stakeholders. You will develop applications and APIs, assess business solutions, and coordinate technical decisions with Architects and subject matter experts. The work spans design, development, testing, documentation, and project risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build new functionality and enhancements within an Agile product team
- Recommend solutions addressing sponsor and stakeholder needs
- Assess development, interface, and vendor solution options
- Estimate analysis, design, development, testing,



and acceptance phases
- Facilitate meetings and information gathering sessions

Requirements:

- Seven or more years developing with .NET technologies
- Qualified full software development lifecycle experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven .NET Core web application and API design experience
- SQL Server or Oracle stored procedure development experience
