Based at the Halifax Infirmary Summer Street Entrance at QEII, this Director provides provincial direction for clinical programs and initiatives. The position oversees transformation planning, service design, operational improvement, information analysis, and policy implementation. It also supports system partners through collaborative strategic planning and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direction for provincial clinical program implementation
- Lead transformation initiatives and transition management activities
- Oversee service design strategies, programs, and initiatives
- Track operational performance and produce quarterly progress reports




- Administer service provider contracts supporting strategic initiatives

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a health-related or administrative discipline
- Seven to ten years’ leadership experience in strategy and quality management
- Robust project management and complex team leadership capability
- Excellent coaching, mentorship, systems thinking, and decision skills
- Working knowledge of information systems and statistical data analysis

Use transformation leadership, systems thinking, and performance analysis to advance provincial healthcare planning and implementation.
