As Clinical Manager, Inpatient, you will direct daily activities across your sectors while supporting organizational strategic objectives. The position requires recent Medical/Surgical experience, personnel supervision, and the ability to analyze problems and implement change. You will manage operating budget responsibilities while maintaining qualified standards and patient-centered quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use best practices and evidence-based tactics to achieve objectives
- Supervise personnel and communicate patient care services needs
- Analyze problems and implement change management




- Manage overtime approvals and employee redeployment
- Organize diverse activities to meet demands and deadlines

Requirements:

- Minimum two years middle management experience considered an asset
- Recent clinical experience in a Medical/Surgical unit
- Ability to influence and drive organizational change
- Excellent financial, conflict, time management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of CUPE and ONA collective agreements
